Our people and offices
When the pandemic began, we established a panel to closely monitor and quickly respond to the development of COVID-19 so as to ensure the safety of our employees. We followed the guidance of health authorities and adopted stringent pandemic prevention measures. For example, we made teleworking mandatory during the most serious period of the pandemic, suspended non-essential business travel and group meetings, and limited on-site visitors. We regularly disinfected offices, implemented temperature screenings and provided protection equipment for each employee, including N95 face masks, disposable medical masks, disinfectant and wet wipes.

Our patients and business continuity
We are giving careful consideration to balance the continuity of support to our patients with the health and safety of our colleagues. Our product supply chain is robust, and we are closely monitoring the situation. We will continue to collaborate with our partners and take measures to ensure the needs of our patients are met during the pandemic.
